A digital systems engineer by training, Martin has spent 30 years at the CEO level driving IT, high tech, web and capital project businesses with turnovers up to £500m. He has proven operational capability with significant experience in the management of change, revitalising existing failing organisations and establishing start-up investments.

He has recent experience as both company chairman and non-executive director within a major multi-national and also a Trade Association.

His roles have demanded networking at the highest levels in Government and Industry (Cabinet Minister and CEO) and representing organisations in front of the press and investment analyst communities.

In addition to experience in both the personal and business computing industries, he has delivered major projects in telecoms and recently moved into the UK conveyancing and estate agency sectors, building up 2 companies providing online data supply, both companies achieving top positioning in their markets.
